Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while providing memorable experiences for our patrons. Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Drinks required to be made are juices, smoothies, mocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Restock drink supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout shifts
- Assist in setting up events or special occasions as required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required
