- Collaborate with colleagues to create tailored support plans that meet each child's unique needs
- Support children during educational activities, fostering a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of progress, incidents, and daily activities to ensure consistent support
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care and share updates
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or young people in a supportive or educational setting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate others in a caring manner
- Experience in teaching or facilitating group activities that promote development and engagement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
- Ability to adapt approaches based on individual needs and circumstances
