Key Result Areas
To ensure ESR and eRostering are maintained according to the agreed Trust policy and procedure and within budget
Troubleshoot issues regarding ESR and eRostering to ensure the system works effectively.
To provide day to day support for staff and ensure appropriate and timely investigation of any errors/dysfunction.
Accurate input of information into the Trust’s workforce systems.
To support local training programmes for ESR and eRostering.
