We're looking for an experienced and confident Senior Server who loves hospitality, takes pride in great service, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help lead by example, support your colleagues, and play an important part in creating the warm and relaxed atmosphere we're known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and making them feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Taking food and drink orders with confidence and helping guests navigate the menu
- Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
- Building genuine rapport with guests and recognising opportunities to enhance their experience
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of our food and drink offering, including allergens and dietary requirements
- Supporting the team during busy services and helping ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving issues with care and confidence
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and day-to-day operations
- Coaching and supporting newer team members to help maintain high standards across the business
- Upholding cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, ideally with some supervisory or senior service experience
- A natural host who enjoys looking after people and creating memorable experiences
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and professional during busy services
- A good understanding of food safety, allergens, and responsible alcohol service
- Someone who takes pride in their work and leads by example
- A team player who is willing to support colleagues wherever needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key trading periods
