About the Role

At accord, we're looking for an ambitious graduate who wants to become an expert in implementing cloud financial software for organisations across the UK and around the world.
As a Graduate ERP Implementation Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, learning how to design, configure and implement Sage Intacct—the leading cloud financial management solution. Every project is different, giving you exposure to a wide variety of industries, businesses and challenges.
From day one you'll receive structured training, mentoring and real client experience, with a clear development path into a fully qualified consultant.

What You'll Be Doing
Working with our experienced consulting team, you will:
- Assist with the implementation of Sage Intacct for clients across multiple industries.
- Help analyse business processes and understand client requirements.
- Configure and test software solutions.
- Support data migration, reporting and system integrations.
- Attend client workshops and project meetings.
- Deliver user training alongside senior consultants.
- Produce project documentation and implementation guides.
- Provide post go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with clients throughout their implementation journey.
- Continually develop your knowledge of finance, technology and business processes.
This role includes occasional travel within the UK and overseas.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or another numerate discipline.
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Confident working with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Curious, eager to learn and keen to develop professionally.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and AI Tools such as ChatGPT
Experience with finance or accounting software would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edenbridge, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
