Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties to support efficient service flow
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Support the team with basic math for order accuracy, billing, and inventory checks
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and health and safety standards
