Responsibilities

- Prepare work areas by moving furniture and protecting surrounding surfaces before cleaning
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and explain the cleaning process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment after each job
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning procedures
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between locations
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services and address customer needs
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery confidently and follow technical instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
