Due to increased seasonal demand, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join the Mill & Warehouse team of a leading family-owned manufacturer of high quality animal feed, supplying trade and farm customers throughout the Southwest.
This is a temporary summer cover role, ideal for someone looking for hands-on work within a busy warehouse and production environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with the picking, packing, and palletising of feed products
- Supporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse and yard environment
- Assisting with stock organisation and general warehouse duties
- Carrying out manual handling tasks in line with Health & Safety procedures
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (once trained)
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties including sweeping and waste management
- Working in line with Health & Safety, feed safety, and company procedures at all times
What we are offering
- Temporary summer cover role (fixed term contract until mid-end September)
- 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 9:00am – 6:00pm (includes a 30 minute unpaid break)
- Overtime available, including weekends and bank holidays during busy periods
- Training provided, including forklift training

- Previous warehouse, yard, or production experience (desirable but not essential)
- Forklift experience or licence (desirable but not essential)
