We are excited to recruit an experienced and motivated Aqua Park Manager for the 2026 summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about watersports, guest experience, safety management, and team development. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Aqua Park, ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- RLSS Open Water Lifeguard / or NPLQ (Required)
- RLSS Aqua Park Module (Desirable)
Requirements
- At least one seasons experience working in an aqua park environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Availability to work throughout the 2026 summer season, including weekends and bank holidays
- Applicants must be 18+ before their first shift
- Local to the Northamptonshire area (no accommodation provided)
- Confident working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Passion for water sports, safety management, and customer experience
Job Specification
- Oversee the daily operation of the Aqua Park and wider lake activities
- Lead, supervise, and support the Water Safety Team and seasonal staff
- Ensure all operational procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times
- Coordinate daily staff briefings and daily shift allocations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all guests receive safety briefings and adhere to facility rules and procedures
- Monitor water operations and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and operational checks on equipment and facilities
- Ensure all documentation, incident reports, and operational records are completed accurately
- Work closely with the Head of Water Activities to support operational development and continuous improvement
- Assist with maintenance, stock control, and site presentation during quieter operational periods
- Support instructor-led sessions and activities where required

Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
