Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, including proper handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver timely service and maintain cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient work environment
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management
- Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Culinary experience or restaurant background helps in understanding menu offerings and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude towards guests and team members
