Summary
We are looking for a Facilities Associate to join our dynamic team at Topgolf in the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Facilities Associate, you will contribute to our mission of delivering fun and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities, Skills and Requirements
- The general upkeep of the outfield, targets, ball dispensers, reception tills, in bay equipment and golf ball stock.
- The regular collection of golf balls on the outfield and target areas using the ball collection vehicle, ensuring the outfield looks visually clean, clear, tidy and fit for purpose at all times and ensuring safe practices are adhered to.
- Maintain the ball stock to an acceptable level. Off-range ball picks will be required regularly to retrieve balls that have passed the high nets.
- Ensure the targets, including the outfield area, are free of rubbish, weeds and anything obstructive, actively checking any target blockages throughout the shift.
- On occasion, equipment in the targets will need replacing, meaning working out-of-hours to ensure the outfield is ready for play at opening.
- Fault finding with game play equipment including ball dispensers, targets, bay screens & reception terminals.
- Ensure that any game issues such as bay screens, wiring issues and system errors are resolve in an efficient and effective manner.
- Testing, troubleshooting and performing basic repair on all types of game equipment.
- Operating powered equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, twin-axle vehicles and basic hand/power tools.
- Full compliance with Topgolf’s Health and Safety policy and procedures for our players and other associates.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player
- Maintenance or Groundskeeper experience would be ideal
- **Applicants must be 18+**
- **Applicants must have a Full Drivers Licence**
- **You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation. As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.**
