We are looking for a Property Administrator who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and delivering outstanding customer service. This isn't simply an administrative position—you'll play a key role in ensuring our property portfolio operates efficiently while providing valuable support to our Property Management and Lettings teams.
You will work closely with property managers, tenants, landlords, and contractors, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure every stage of the tenancy process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Administration: Maintain accurate records for landlords, tenants, properties, and tenancy agreements while ensuring documentation remains organized and up to date.
Tenant & Landlord Support: Respond professionally to enquiries via telephone and email, providing timely updates and assisting with general property-related requests.
Tenancy Coordination: Prepare tenancy documentation, renewal paperwork, compliance records, and administrative correspondence throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Maintenance Coordination: Log maintenance requests, communicate with approved contractors, monitor job progress, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Scheduling & Organization: Coordinate property inspections, appointments, contractor visits, inventories, and other day-to-day administrative activities.
Compliance Support: Assist the Property Management team with maintaining compliance documentation and ensuring required records are completed accurately.
Office Administration: Provide general administrative assistance, update internal systems, process invoices where required, and support daily office operations.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in property administration, office administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role is preferred. Experience within residential property, lettings, or real estate is an advantage but not essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.
Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Confident using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning property management or CRM software.
Customer Focus: A positive, approachable attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: £28,420.00-£33,394.81 per year
