Easy Mobility Services are customer focused Assisted Living experts specialising in the supply and install of Stairlifts, Scooters, Specialist Clinical and Mobility aids throughout East Anglia. Over the past 20 years Easy Mobility has built a reputation in the South East for excellence and integrity achieving commendation from Motability and Trading Standards for outstanding customer services. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to join our existing team.
The Role
Your role is to make a difference in the lives of our customers, both new and those we have built relationships with over many years. We require a dynamic individual , to join our site in Colchester focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and support for the clients both in the private sector and our Motability contract, coordinating servicing and maintenance. We stock a wide selection of equipment to help with the mobility and medical needs of individuals, for everyday tasks and longer-term care requirements.
You will be responsible for driving the continued high standards in the business. You will receive training in our processes, products and positive ideology but most importantly the ideal candidate will be a friendly and informative guide for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting in the daily running of a busy customer service database coordinating repairs and maintenance work for field engineers
- Working closely with the Field service team to ensure timely repairs to clients products
- Managing the others within the team to deliver high customers service levels
- Manage the Motability contract meeting all KPI's
- Maintain thorough documentation for all customer jobs
- Maintaining excellent communication via the telephone with our clients
- Supporting the clients needs and meeting their expectations
- Liaise with Engineering to ensure spare parts availability an coordinate with suppliers
Skills Required.
- Managerial experience
- Successful team builder
- Drive and determination to succeed
· Good organisational ability
Good geographical knowledge of Essex & Suffolk
· A patient and caring approach to people
· A background in customer service support
· Although customer service experience is desirable, we would also love to hear from anyone with a medical, nursing or care background.

· This is a permanent position subject to an initial 3 month probationary period
· 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
· Generous company contribution to pension scheme (after probationary period)
