Burton YMCA is seeking a proactive, reliable and motivated Facilities Officer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming for the people we support, our staff, volunteers and visitors.
As a charity, our buildings play a vital role in delivering our services, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in creating safe and welcoming environments where people cn live, work and thrive. You will undertake a range of maintenance, repair and facilities management tasks, helping to ensure our sites remain fit for purpose and support the delivery of our services.
The successful candidate will have experience in facilities, maintenance or property-related work and will bring practical skills, initiative and a positive approach. You will be organised, able to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, contractors and visitors, and have a strong understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems and wants to make a positive difference through the role they play within Burton YMCA.
