We’re a fast-paced, vibrant English Language School, situated in the heart of London. We are based just a 3-minute away from Holborn station, providing an easy commute.
As Student Services Officer, you’ll join our supportive team, based in our school’s front desk. We welcome hundreds of young adults from overseas each year. We provide their accommodation, while they learn English in a classroom setting, and through fun activities and excursions. As Student Services Officer, you will be the first port-of-call for their questions ranging from accommodation queries, booking excursions and events, to adjusting to life in London.
Here’s a little of what it takes to be a Student Services Officer:

A can-do attitude is essential. You’ll need to think on your feet and enjoy problem solving

You will need to be a skilled communicator

Speaking additional languages would be of real benefit

Some experience of working front of house, in reception, concierge or in a school would be helpful

Be customer focused, able to support our students with confidence and sensitivity

You will be comfortable working with databases and MS Office packages
-
Willingness to take part in monthly out of hours emergency phone cover - paid at an additional rate
-
You have a sense of fun and are not afraid to get stuck in!
