We are looking for passionate and reliable Chefs to join our kitchen team. This role is open to a range of experience levels, from junior chefs through to more experienced chefs. Whether you have a solid foundation or extensive experience, we welcome individuals who are enthusiastic about food and eager to contribute to a busy kitchen environment. You will be involved in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support stock control, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Contribute ideas for menu items and daily specials where appropriate
- Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level of experience can vary)
- Good understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
