We are recruiting for an experienced office Administrator to support the compliance and administrative duties alongside the Human Resources Manager, working to support the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a team within a friendly, family and passionate organisation.
The role is office based at our Chalkwell Road site, 2 days per week (No Weekends), on a Fixed Term Basis for a duration of 3 months. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to commit to the 3 month duration, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays on site.
This role is does not require HR experience as this is not an HR Administration position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Scanning and uploading of documentation
· Shredding confidential documentation
· Laminating documents and updating notice boards
· Ensure all right to work checks take place for all new colleagues and temporary agency colleagues
· Supporting with ensuring our internal systems are maintained and up to date
· Compilation of documentation packs
·· General office administration and assisting with the day to day functions and duties
· Any other administrative tasks assigned
Personal Specification:
- Good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be someone focused and accuracy driven
- With an ability to multi task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Confident in communicating both verbally and in writing
- GCSE grade 5 / C or equivalent in English
- Computer Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
This is a Fixed Term Contract but may be extended depending upon the needs of the business.
