We are looking for seasonal Kitchen Assistants to support kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining food safety standards and delivering high-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food and drink preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients)
- Prepare simple dishes under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Take plates to tables and clear tables
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
- Dispose of waste and maintain sanitation standards
- Receive and store deliveries
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Provide support during busy service periods
- Take orders and provide a high standard of customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
