Qualified Early Years Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3

Empowering Learning is currently recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners for a large nursery setting near Arrowe Park on the Wirral.
We are looking for committed practitioners who can create positive learning experiences while ensuring every child feels safe, valued and supported.
Applicants must hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare, early years, nursery nursing or a related subject.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Planning and delivering engaging early years activities
- Working in accordance with the EYFS
- Encouraging children's communication, independence and confidence
- Supporting personal care, mealtimes and nursery routines
- Observing and recording children's development
- Working collaboratively with parents and colleagues
- Maintaining high safeguarding and health and safety standards
To be considered, you will need:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare or nursery qualification
- Experience within an early years or nursery setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- A caring, dependable and professional approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
- Suitable professional references
