PRIYABHARANI and Co Limited is a growing convenience store committed to providing excellent customer service, quality products, and a welcoming shopping experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the convenience store.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
- Handle cash, banking, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with stock control, cash handling, and staff management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Right to work in the UK.
