Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning is essential. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks across designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, changing beds and disinfecting surfaces.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed, fully expensed by the company
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
- Wash and dry linen for any designated Airbnb properties assigned
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning is desirable
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between different sites
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or visitors
Pay: £14.00-£21.00 per hour
