Cellar Door Supervisor
Reporting to Cellar Door Manager
Employment: Part Time, 20hours. Availability needed for additional hours during busy season.
Hambledon is a premium Hampshire wine estate and one of the pioneers of English wine, set on the edge of the beautiful South Downs National Park.
In 2023, Hambledon was acquired by two British-owned, multi-generational businesses: Symington Family Estates and Berry Bros. & Rudd.
Our ambition is to be a best-in-class hospitality-led destination in the English wine category, that feeds the soul and allows people to flourish and thrive in this beautiful part of the South Downs National Park.
The destination will offer multiple food and drink-led products, spaces for private hire for multiple occasions and a series of wine-led experiences befitting of our innovative profile in the market.
Our multi-million-pound Visitor Centre opened in December 2024 and sits at the heart of our hospitality offering. The estate brings together exceptional food and wine, memorable events, private celebrations and wine-led experiences that reflect Hambledon’s pioneering history. In time, our plans also include a boutique accommodation offer, completing the guest experience across the estate.

- Handle the numbers: Take responsibility for daily till floats, processing end-of-day cashing up, and accurately logging any discrepancies.

- Solve floor issues: Act as the first point of escalation for guest queries, booking changes, or complaints, resolving them on the spot.
