The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via our LiveChat service and email. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a positive experience by resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via LiveChat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate where appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
- Support customers with account, betting, and promotional queries
- Work closely with colleagues in our Compliance, Trading and Marketing departments to continually improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Follow up on customer enquiries where required to ensure successful resolution
- Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and Safer Gambling practices
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within online support, gaming, betting, or a related industry
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- An interest in sports betting and online gaming would be advantageous
Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Uckfield (TN22 1QQ) before commencing employment
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week), across 5 days between Monday and Sunday. Shifts are 8.5 hours in length (including a 30-minute unpaid break) and are scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
