Electrician – Social Housing & Council Refurbishment Projects (Essex & Cambridge)
Array Electrics is expanding and we’re looking for a reliable, skilled Electrician to join our team for ongoing contracts across Essex and Cambridge, working within social housing and local authority properties.
You’ll be carrying out electrical works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality installations.
What you’ll be doing:
- First and second fix electrical works on kitchens and bathrooms
- Rewires, upgrades, fault finding and remedial works
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring all work meets current regulations and company standards
- Communicating professionally with tenants, site managers, and other trades
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition
- Experience in social housing or domestic refurbishments (preffered)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider refurbishment team
- Full UK driving licence
