We’re on the lookout for a friendly, approachable, and proactive Resident Ambassador to help bring our community to life. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the resident experience building connections, delivering standout service, and helping create a place people love to call home.
From chatting with residents and making their day, to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes with a bit of admin support, no two days will be the same. If you’re organised, a great communicator, and enjoy going the extra mile, you’ll fit right in!

Responsibilities (aka: What you’ll be getting up to!)
- Be the ultimate first impression hero, greeting residents and visitors with a smile that says “you’re home!”
- Answer questions, share insider knowledge, and help residents make the most of community life
- Work your behind-the-scenes magic with admin tasks, updating records, organising info, and keeping things running like clockwork
- Handle phone calls like a pro - friendly, helpful, and never fazed
- Bring the fun! Help plan and host events (think pizza parties , BBQs , pottery painting and more)
- Keep the reception area looking fresh, welcoming, and Instagram-worthy
- Team up with colleagues to make every day smooth.
Skills (your superpowers)
- Some office experience, you know your way around organisation and admin wizardry
- Top-notch communication skills (in person, on the phone, and in writing)
- A natural organiser who can juggle tasks without dropping the ball
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a knack for making people feel welcome
- A problem-solver who takes initiative and gets things done
- Happy flying solo or teaming up in a fast-paced, buzzing environment

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
