Contracted hours: 40 Hour Contract
Salary: £65,000 per annum

Responsibilities of the Group Care Home Manager Role:
Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
Provide temporary relief in the absence of a manager to ensure the sooth
running of the home.
To carry out governance inspections and audits to ensure the home ins
maintaining standards and following the correct procedures
Advise the managing director of any operational issues within the care homes
To have a good knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social care
act and the CQC
To carry out Home Manager supervisions and appraisals
To work with home managers to resolve staff HR matters
To accept and agree requisitions submitted by the home manager
To check finance form for perspective residents
To liaise with the local authorities and CQC

Requirements of the Group Care Home Manager Role:
Has managed/overseen a group of care homes or health and social care
facilities regulated by CQC
Has managed a sizable care home
