This is a pivotal role, for which we are seeking an exceptional team player with outstanding organisational and communication skills, combined with a meticulous approach and exceptional attention to detail.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of all internal and external student examinations, while also leading, training, and supervising a team of invigilators. As an experienced Exams Manager, you will be confident working across multiple systems and will ideally have experience in examinations administration, including the use of student records systems.
The successful applicant will be flexible in their approach to working hours and must be available to work for one week in August to support the download, processing, and publication of examination results.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Grade: SS Grade 8 points 20-22 £30,084 fte (pay award pending)
Actual Salary: Actual salary £25,846.20 gross per annum, £2,153.85 gross per month
Hours: 35 hours a week, permanent
Contract: Permanent, term time plus 2 weeks. (1 week must be in August)
