We are a BS10125 accredited accident repair bodyshop committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs while following strict industry processes, manufacturer repair methods, and safety standards.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and skilled Accident Repair Technicians to join our team in the following roles:
- Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
- Panel Beater
- MET Technician (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim)
- Paint Prepper
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out accident repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer procedures and BS10125 requirements.
This is a hands-on role suited to experienced technicians who are confident working independently and managing their own workload.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
- Assess damaged vehicles and identify required repair methods
- Create accurate repair plans and estimates
- Ensure all repair procedures follow manufacturer guidelines
- Liaise with customers, insurers, and workshop teams
Panel Beater
- Carry out structural and cosmetic vehicle body repairs
- Repair, replace, and align panels using approved repair methods
- Complete repairs to a high-quality finish and manufacturer standards
MET Technician
- Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- Support safe and efficient repair processes
- Ensure correct refitting procedures are followed
Paint Prepper
- Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing
- Ensure surfaces meet quality requirements before paint application
Essential Requirements
- Previous accident repair experience is essential
- Must be confident carrying out your role independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow strict repair processes and procedures
- Experience working within a BS10125 or manufacturer-approved repair environment preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards
Desirable Qualifications
- IMI accreditation preferred
- NVQ qualification preferred
- Manufacturer training/experience advantageous
