About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in North Shields.
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, processing sales orders, and driving growth across our boiler and heating product range. Working closely with our Procurement, Packaging, Warehouse, and Online Sales teams, you’ll ensure every order is handled accurately and efficiently — from quotation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboration Across Departments
· Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with the Packaging and Dispatch team for accurate labeling, packaging, and shipment of customer orders
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports covering performance metrics, leads, pipeline updates, and follow-ups
- Contribute to sales forecasting, revenue planning, and overall business growth strategy
Market Awareness & Promotions
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business development opportunities.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support online promotions, digital campaigns, and brand visibilityAfter-Sales Support
- Manage customer relationships post-sale, ensuring smooth deliveries, returns, and customer satisfaction. Gather client feedback to strengthen long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
A background in sales is preferred; however, we also welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.
· A background in sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
· 2–3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in boiler, heating, or technical product sectors.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for order management and pipeline tracking.
· Strong customer-focus, problem-solving ability, and goal-oriented mindset.
· Confident, hardworking, and results-driven personality.
· Basic understanding of procurement, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or WooCommerce is a plus.
