Duties
- Assist bartenders by preparing and replenishing bar supplies and glassware to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to strict heath and safety standards.
- Support beverage service by serving snacks or light refreshments as directed.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need restocking or replacement.
- Follow proper serving procedures, including verifying guest IDs and managing alcohol service responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times through diligent cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively, positive atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality environments is preferred, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory counts and transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.
