Overview
Join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist and be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our office. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also managing vital office functions that keep everything running efficiently. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls with professionalism, and direct inquiries to the appropriate member of the team.
- Manage front desk operations, maintaining visitor logs & keeping the area presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain organized office records, files, and supplies to support daily activities
- Assist with scheduling room bookings and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth and efficient use of time and resources
- Maintain, social media sites along with webpages
- Required to cover other areas of the building to include Cafe, Events, Room set-up , Room refreshments, Holiday cover
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desirable
- Strong typing skills for quick and accurate data entry
- Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including room bookings, providing services to our licenced room users and receiving cash.

Pay: £13,520.00-£13,676.00 per year
