We are looking for motivated and well-connected Headhunter to join our team. This is a unique opportunity, either remote or working at our Oakham office. It is a part timne role of approx. 20 hours per week.
As a Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying and introducing outstanding individuals to our exclusive network. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to network, build genuine relationships, and recognise a great potential match.
What you will do:
- Leverage your personal and professional networks to identify potential candidates for our elite clients.
- Proactively source and engage with high-calibre singles through various channels.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our agency with class and discretion.
- Conduct initial conversations to assess suitability and interest.
- Collaborate with our matchmaking team to facilitate introductions.
Who you are:
- An exceptional networker with an extensive list of contacts.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Linked In / Sales Navigator
- Must have recruitment experience or similiar
- Personable, intuitive, and skilled at building rapport and trust.
- Extremely discreet and professional, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- A self-starter who is motivated by results and thrives in an autonomous role.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
