Advising, building trust and closing high-value deals.
The Role
We are looking for experienced Field Sales Surveyors to join our growing team on a commission-only basis.
This is a performance-driven role suited to individuals who are confident in their ability to convert opportunities and want to maximise their earning potential through uncapped commission.
You will attend pre-qualified appointments in customers’ homes, carrying out surveys, designing tailored systems and presenting a clear, compelling solution that meets their needs.
You will guide customers through:
- Understanding their current energy usage and costs
- Designing an optimised solar and battery system
- Explaining how Sentinel enhances performance and financial return
- Supporting them through to a confident purchasing decision
Key Responsibilities
- Attend confirmed daily appointments provided by the company
- Conduct detailed home energy surveys and system designs
- Advise customers on solar, battery storage and optimisation solutions
- Present clear, compelling proposals tailored to each customer
- Explain the financial benefits, including savings and potential energy income
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups
- Represent HSEnergy with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements
- Proven track record in direct sales, ideally within renewable energy
- Strong ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Laptop or tablet and mobile phone
