Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager/Deputy to join our team in providing exceptional care within a senior living environment. The successful candidate will support the management team in delivering high-quality care services, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and specialised knowledge in elderly care, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, within a supportive and professional setting. The position is paid and requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding compliance across the business and to support the business in achieving a minimum of “Good” in CQC inspections
· To plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
· Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures and approved practice; and to promote the aims of the business
· Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered
· To ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively – implement induction programmes and identify and provide for on-going training needs
· To support, mentor and supervise the care team with the RM assistance.
Experience
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Social Care
· A good understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
· Management experience of service provision in the care industry
· Right to Work full-time in the UK
· UK/ EU driving licence
- Proven experience working within the care sector or
- Demonstrable knowledge of care planning, medication administration, and managing complex needs such as Alzheimer’s disease.
- Previous management or supervising experience within a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with home care practices and regulatory standards governing adult social care services.
- Excellent organisational skills combined with compassionate communication abilities to support residents’ emotional well-being.

Pay: £30,000.00-£350,000.00 per year
