Part-Time Cleaner (Zero-Hours Contract)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Part-Time Cleaner to join our growing team, carrying out a variety of cleaning services including short-term lets, domestic properties, commercial premises and end-of-tenancy cleans.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
Key Information
- Zero-hours contract (no guaranteed hours)
- Work is offered on a weekly basis and will vary depending on client bookings
- Most work takes place between 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Work available 7 days a week
- Some cleans may be offered at short notice, so flexibility is important
- Opportunity for regular ongoing work for reliable team members
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning to a consistently high standard
- Complete full turnaround cleans of short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Prepare properties to a clean, guest-ready standard
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas thoroughly
- Change bed linen and make beds where required
- Carry out domestic, commercial and end-of-tenancy cleaning assignments
- Report any damages, maintenance issues or missing items
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred (especially short-term lets or domestic cleaning)
- Flexible and willing to accept varying hours depending on business needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

- Hourly rate reviewed after 3 months based on performance, reliability and quality of work
