Role Purpose
Our Team Members are the heartbeat of every Brewpub — the charisma,warmth,and energy that shape the guest experience. For this part‑time role,we’re looking for friendly,proactive,guest‑focused people with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality.
For this position,weekend availability is a must,with mid‑week shifts also available. You must be 18 or over due to the nature of the role.
You’ll be the welcoming face that greets our guests,confident in recommending dishes and drinks (especially our own‑brewed B&K beers),and committed to delivering consistently high standards of service. You’ll take orders,serve food and drinks,support the smooth running of the Brewpub,and assist with set‑up and close‑down.
