Based in Hillington, Affordable Golf is looking for a candidate with an administrative background who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Working in a customer service role quoting on the valuation of customers second hand golf equipment, you will have the opportunity to combine a profession with your interest in golf. Your appetite for enhancing the experience and providing valued advice about products we are passionate about will be at the core of your role.
What you will be doing:
- Providing first-class customer service via telephone and email in a quick and timely manner
- Provide relevant and comprehensive key product information to customers
- Quoting prices on second hand golf equipment
- Arranging collection of parcels throughout the UK
- Following up with customers who have not responded to quotes
- Comparing on arrival of products that they match the customers description and check for counterfeit products
- Communicate with customers to pay them by bacs or part exchange vouchers
- Ensuring all enquiries are responded within a reasonable time frame
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of Golf products
- First-class customer service skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Competent working alone or as part of a team
The successful candidates will have excellent golf knowledge and a real passion for delivering great customer service.
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm / Working 5 over 6 days.
