We're a new, premium exterior cleaning company in Worcester seeking a driven and proactive Entry-Level Sales Representative to be the first person on our sales team! In this role you'll be the face that brings the work in — working local streets, meeting homeowners, and booking driveway, patio and path cleaning jobs on the spot. This is a commission-based role, and that's the appeal: your earnings are entirely in your own hands. Unlike a fixed hourly wage — where you take home the same no matter how hard you graft — here every job you book pays you, with no cap on what you can earn. It's a genuine ground-floor opportunity to help build something from day one, learn door-to-door sales from someone who's done it at real scale, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Go door to door across residential Worcester streets, introducing the company warmly and face to face
- Offer homeowners a free, no-obligation measure-up and a fixed price on the spot
- Book jobs directly into the diary, and leave a priced leaflet with anyone interested but not ready to book on the day
- Log every genuinely interested contact in our tracking system at the time, including the address
- Work from a clear, fixed price list — no haggling, no guesswork
- Build real rapport with an honest, no-pressure approach that earns trust and callbacks
- Represent Ness as a premium, trustworthy local brand at all times
Qualifications
- Experience in door-to-door or field sales is a strong advantage
- Confident, warm and presentable in face-to-face conversation
- Self-motivated and reliable, comfortable running your own patch independently
- A reliable way to get around the Worcester area
- Local knowledge of the area is a plus
- Honest, respectful manner — we win trust, we don't pressure people
- Hungry to earn and motivated by results rather than a fixed salary
