Role Overview:
Savills is seeking a motivated, entry-level Analyst to join the Global Residential Development Consultancy (GRDC) team, a market leader in the branded residential sector.
The team operates within the Global Residential Development (GRD) department, which comprises two core divisions: Consultancy and Sales & Marketing. These teams collaborate to deliver seamless, end-to-end client service, from project conception through to successful commercialisation.
Based at Savills’ London headquarters (with a satellite operation in Dubai), the GRDC team has a global remit spanning regions from the Caribbean to Japan. The team provides six core service lines:
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Development Consultancy & Feasibility
Brand Premium Studies
Brand / Operator Search, Selection & Contract Negotiation
Operational Advisory
Capital Markets
The Analyst will play a key role in managing and interrogating large datasets that support both our industry-leading branded residential research and development consultancy reports. The candidate will help transform data into insights that identify market trends across brands, regions, and countries
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organise, and maintain data from over 200 global brands submitting and auditing data twice per year
Contribute to the production of market-leading research publications including:
Quarterly regional reports covering EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
The annual global report on branded residential developments
Provide analytical and data support to support the team in understanding local market dynamics across global markets
Support team members in the production of detailed Development Consultancy Reports
Assistance in preparation of investment memorandums and proposals
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal fluency, and be highly numerate
Proficient at MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
A basic understanding of the real estate development process will be expected. An understanding of the branded residential sector is a preferred
Curious mindset with an interest in identifying patterns, trends, and insights
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
