We are looking for a vibrant, social character to join our team of Pizza Chefs for the award winning il Cornicione Pizza.
- Must be over 18
- Must be able to work hours between 3pm - 9pm weekdays and 12pm - 10pm weekends
- Must be able to work weekends
no experience necessary as full training will be given to ensure you are completely confident and competent at:
- Opening and Closing the pizzeria before and after service
- Be fully competent at making and maintaining fresh dough every day
- Open pizza dough and make Neapolitan pizza up to our award winning standard in our traditional open fire pizza oven
- prep and manage all stock and ingredients to be fully compliant with EHO standards
