As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting across all Store Development functions (Portfolio, Facilities, Design and Construction), co-ordinating projects and assuming responsibilities which assist the wider team in achieving its annual strategic objectives.
We’ll look to you to bring your strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present to internal stakeholders and building strong working relationships across the business and externally. We’re looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, with either previous experience in a fast-paced, multisite property team or you’ll have a passion to join a property team.
The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working as our store development coordinator, you’ll get involved in:
Supporting and leading on all required Store Development reporting and data management requirements.
Co-ordinating monthly board meetings alongside the acquisitions coordinator for lease deals and new stores, alongside other regular meeting cadences with key internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining the integrity of the electronic filing framework for all property related information across the functions.
Owning all administrative tasks for the team, including supplier set-ups, purchase orders and invoice management, maintaining trackers including our store list.
Owning the monthly Tenancy Schedule process
Liaising with store managers, notifying of inspections and any upcoming events.
Overseeing the closure process, lining up closures with both facilities and district manages, updating the trackers and organising the close of tenancies with our internal and external suppliers.
Liaising with landlords to provide statutory documents requested
Assisting the Portfolio Specialist with rent runs
Overseeing the outdoor seating management and renewals of seating licenses
Managing the Change of Tenancy (COT) requests from Ignite
