Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server cum Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in bartending and/or waiting in a restaurant like setup is essential. Responsibilities
- Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly to guests
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar
- Ensuring all food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally
- Managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Assisting with setting up events or special functions as required
- Monitoring guest satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in serving alcohol is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities and upselling skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and calculating bills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a lively setting
- Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
