We are seeking an experienced Cluster Team Manager to oversee a cluster of single-occupancy supported living services in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs, and behaviours that challenge to live fulfilling, independent lives.
About the Role
As Cluster Team Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Area Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered across your services. You'll lead, motivate, and develop Team Leaders and Support Workers while ensuring compliance, quality, and person-centred care remain at the heart of everything you do.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build strong relationships with the people you support, their families, and your staff team, ensuring positive outcomes and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of a cluster of supported living services.
- Lead, supervise, and develop Team Leaders and Support Workers.
- Promote high-quality, person-centred support that encourages independence and choice.
- Ensure services remain compliant with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
- Monitor quality, performance, and safeguarding standards.
- Support with recruitment, inductions, supervisions, and staff development.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent communication across services.
- Work alongside the Registered Area Manager to drive continuous improvement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous management or leadership experience within adult social care.
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge.
- Knowledge and experience of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Positive Behaviour Plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills with experience maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to achieve this within 18 months.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
