Bartender & Mixologist
Bolero Bar and Kitchen is recruiting for experienced Mixologists and Bartenders (full time and part time).
We are looking for enthusiastic Mixologists and Bartenders to provide an excellent drinking experience for our customers. The perfect candidate will be able to create classic and innovative cocktails exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. The Candidate must have at least one year experience in bar service and making cocktails. They must be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
As Mixologist or Bartender your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant, including cocktails.
- Prepare and place orders.
- Uphold, embody and maintain high standards of Bolero Bar and kitchen.
- Assess bar guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Help the General Manager plan and present the drinks menu.
- Restock and replenish bar stocks and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including health and safety procedures, to ensure compliance and quality assurance of standards are maintained.
Person Specification and required skill set:
- One year previous experience in a bar role and making cocktails.
- Good knowledge on cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
- Creativity
- Team player spirit.
- Proficient in English language.
- Eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa.
