Painter & Decorator – Bathrooms & Kitchens

We’re looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing bathroom and kitchen installation team.
This is an important role within our projects. You will often be the last tradesperson on site, completing the decorating, final finishing and helping ensure the project is ready to hand back to the customer.
For us, the finish matters. We’re looking for someone with a great eye for detail who takes genuine pride in leaving a job looking its best.
The Role
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Painting and decorating bathrooms, kitchens and surrounding areas
- Preparing walls, ceilings and woodwork, including filling, sanding and caulking
- Painting walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting and other woodwork
- Completing minor making-good and finishing works
- Checking the finished project for any outstanding snagging or finishing details
- Leaving the customer's property clean, tidy and ready for handover
- Communicating any outstanding issues with our project management team
- Working alongside our bathroom, kitchen, plumbing and electrical teams
You'll Be the Finishing Touch
As the last person on site, you'll play an important part in the customer's final impression of their new bathroom or kitchen.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just finish the painting and leave. You'll have the attention to detail to spot the little things, take ownership of the final finish and make sure the project is presented to the standard our customers expect.

- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable using a smartphone and online systems
Working Digitally

You'll use this daily to view jobs, update progress, upload photographs, complete job documentation and communicate information back to the team.
