A&D Distribution Services is looking for reliable and professional Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our established delivery team.
This is a self-employed contractor opportunity delivering parcels on behalf of one of the UK's leading online retailers. We provide the delivery van, commercial vehicle insurance and fuel, allowing you to focus on completing your delivery route safely and professionally.
What we offer

- Equivalent to £15.14–£17.26 per paid hour

Earnings
Your standard daily rate is £128.70–£146.70, depending on the applicable route/rate.
Performance-based team and individual bonuses may provide additional earnings.
At the maximum advertised daily rate, working 6 days per week would provide potential gross earnings of £880.20 per week:
£146.70 × 6 days = £880.20
This example is based on 6 × 9-hour working days, including a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
Rates are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
As this is a self-employed opportunity, drivers are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations.
The role
As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating a delivery van on your assigned route
- Loading and unloading parcels safely
- Completing multi-drop deliveries efficiently and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
- Using delivery technology and following route instructions
- Maintaining accurate delivery records
- Communicating with the management/dispatch team regarding any issues
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
- Following all relevant road traffic laws and delivery procedures
- Handling parcels safely, including lifting and carrying as required
What we're looking for
You will need:
- To be 18 years or older
- A full UK driving licence suitable for the vehicle provided
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- No current driving disqualification
- To meet our vehicle insurer's eligibility requirements
- A reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage a busy delivery route
- The ability to safely lift and carry parcels
- Availability to work 4–6 days per week, including weekends
Previous delivery or multi-drop experience is an advantage but full training is provided.
Self-Employed Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance obligations. We can provide guidance for drivers who are new to self-employment.
You will receive the equipment and operational support required to carry out your delivery work, including a van, insurance, fuel card and uniform.
