The Tudor of Lichfield is a long-established, family-run restaurant, café, bar and chocolatier, located within one of Lichfield's most historic buildings.
Due to our continued expansion and growth, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming team.

This role is primarily daytime, with Friday and Saturday being our only evening service periods, offering an excellent work-life balance compared with many hospitality roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to every customer.
- Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
- Assisting with the setup and clearing of tables.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods.
- Processing customer payments using our EPOS system.
- Assisting with retail sales within our chocolate gift shop and ice cream counter
- Ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
