What We Need From You:
· Be able to work weekends.
· Ability to establish strong rapport with clients, customers, and colleagues.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a diverse team.
· Ability to provide a 5-year checkable work history.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Extend a warm and professional welcome to venue visitors. Screen individuals for entry suitability.
· Collaborate with clients, customers, and colleagues.
· Conduct searches for unauthorized or illegal items.
· Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents within queues or the venue.
· Offer customer support and manage incidents both inside and outside the venue.
· Maintain a security presence to ensure smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.
