Equans is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team based at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,573 per annum, and benefits package.
Follow all reasonable instructions as required by your line Manager and wider Management team
Promote a professional image at all times, wearing company issued uniform and PPE as required for the job in hand
Maintain a polite and courteous manner to colleagues, patients, staff and visitors to the Hospital at all times
Follow all company guidance, particularly health and safety to ensure that you, your colleagues, client and members of the public are protected against accidents and injury during the course of your work, and to proactively promote safety awareness for all works including your own as part of the wider operation
Works will include attending to blockages (soil, waste and domestic drainage services), assisting colleagues with their works, and carrying out works designated to you (PPM and reactive works) by the management team

This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
