Dental Hygienist / Dental Therapist
Mondays and/or Wednesdays + one Saturday per month
We are a friendly, supportive, long-established independent dental practice looking for a caring Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist to join our close-knit team.
Our patients genuinely value their oral health, and many have been with us for years. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in providing exceptional care, and wants to become part of the practice for the long term.
This role would suit a clinician who is:
- Passionate about prevention and periodontal care
- Thorough, gentle and patient-centred.
- Confident diagnosing, treatment planning and treating dental disease
- Happy working under direct access (support and in-house training available if needed).
- Reliable, professional and committed to providing continuity of care for patients.
What we offer:
- Mondays and/or Wednesdays available, plus one Saturday per month.
- A dedicated dental nurse for every session.

- EMS Airflow used for the majority of hygiene appointments.
- Modern, fully equipped surgeries with air conditioning, digital radiography, Clinipads and Software of Excellence.
- Excellent instrument support with multiple tray setups, plenty of instruments and ultrasonic tips available throughout the day.
- Typical appointment times of 45–60 minutes, allowing you to provide high-quality, evidence-based care rather than feeling rushed. 30 minutes are only for well maintained long standing regular patients.
- Periodontal treatment is typically booked as 60-minute appointments per quadrant where clinically indicated. Our patients understand that effective periodontal care often requires multiple visits, and we support clinicians in doing what is right for each patient.
- Therapy work is readily available, and we are keen for the successful clinician to make full use of their therapy skills. We have used Dental Therapists using their full remit for the past 10 years.
- A welcoming environment where quality of care is valued over rushing through appointments.
- Saturdays are hygiene only
